From the early 1970s Randall has taught yoga in Gainesville, starting at the University of Florida Reitz Union and Santa Fe College. In the 1980s he practiced chiropractic there, going on to practice in San Luis Obispo, where he founded the Kvniakati Tsulawi School of Herbal Medicine in 1996. He is one of the world's foremost researchers in medical astrology, and is the author of the AstroMed report published by Cosmic Patterns.
